That is a bit of a difficult question, as quality encompasses so many aspects and can be hard to measure in some cases. I would say though that a quality panel would have:
- a long warranty with good conditions.
- manufactured, distributed and installed by established, reputable companies, with reliable support available locally.
- some data/testing to back up its performance (over a long period if possible, e.g. showing low performance degradation over time). You may be able to find reviews of some panels.
- Certified by international standards bodies and CEC approved.
That's what I can think of off the top of my head. Others may have additional thoughts on this.
