Hi we are starting up a solar cleaning buisness, I am a lic plumber and have been involved with installing solar hot water systems scince 2006 am currently in Dubbo, NSW and been cleaning Solar panels scince oct 2010, so only new, but serviced and cleaned for Solarhart in North QLD. Found out about this through Solarchoice, think it is a great thing you have going, am already trying to plan to visit in the next year or so, see what happens, will keep an eye on things though. Thanks

Just joined. Nice site to see solar technology comparisons.
I have an EE degree, but only a limited background in non-terrestrial PV systems.
I would like to learn more about terrestrial PV technology and the inverter technology.
Anyone have information or a link to how the inverter loads the PV strings to get maximum output of the PV cells?

Hi, my name is anna and I'm starting a reno this year. I'm researching which solar panels would be best for our lifestyle and house design. We have an old cottagein Brisbane that mus be restored due to DCP (Demolition Control Precinct) requirements. I am trying to find out which solar panels/system will save us on electricity costs. Presently we can have a 1/4ly bill cost to $900, we don't have a pool, we have one split system a/c (non-inverter) and I'm tired of paying so much for electricty. We are considering installing Ducted a/c but have been told split systems are the way to go, hence trying to decide which solar system / panels are the best to go for... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
