Defamation case update.
Back in the Supreme Court of NSW on 9th May.
Still waiting for Mr Watson to file a defense (if he has one)

Yeah, they just don't seem to like me very much.
Censorship is a very slippery slope. They are now deleting any posts that are even mildly skeptical about the SunCube.
There were several posts (and not from Keef) that pointed out the foolishness of Mr Watson's claim his SunCubes in Thailand had been knocked out by an EMP.
Funny thing is I have not heard anything on the news about Bangkok being nuked.
The forum moderators have also prohibited posting of any "old news" about GGE or Mr Watson.
This is means that when judging the credibility of Mr Watson's claims to be launching in July, the readers are forbidden to take into account Mr Watson's previous launch announcements of SunCube & SunBall dating back to 2005, factories in China etc etc.
Never mind.
Google is not censored yet and it is very enlightening to Google Greg Watson + sunball
Greg Watson plus SMOT is a good read also!

Well, Greggy has gone very quiet lately.
He did send a message to the Whirlpool forum, it seems that because of the reduced FIT he has taken his bat and ball and gone home.

Hi minimal.man,

We did post on the then current SunCube discussion thread, that due to the instability of the various state based FIT programs and some states even suggesting there would be little or no payment for domestically generated solar Ac kWhs, we decided not to enter the Australian domestic market with the SunCube.

However, for some reason, that thread and our statement was deleted. It would appear that not all the WP readers read it or as it would seem remember reading it. Maybe you could find that deleted thread and our statement and provide a link?

Thanks,

But Greggy dude....you told me to chill out and be patient...

So Keef you may still get your SunCubes despite the trashing job you have tried to do on me, GGE and the SunCube.

Why you didn't just give me a few months to get another distribution channel in place amazes me. You think GGE would really walk away from 3,500 registered expressions of interest? I never said that SunCubes would NOT be available to the general market, just that GGE would not be selling SunCubes to the general market. Understand?

As for investors, lets get this VERY clear. At this point in time there are NONE. It is my money on the table and at risk. If you think a banker will invest several hundred million to finance a 200 MW solar farm without being very sure about the business and the technology well I would like to know the banker.

So chill out man, what you want will happen.

All the best,
